Operational Lead, Occupational Health & Wellbeing
We are looking for an Operational Lead to join our Occupational Health & Wellbeing department. The role will be home based with up to 50% travel visiting our Operating Units and attending site visits and meetings with regular attendance at our Head Office based in Maple Cross, WD3.
We see this role enhancing the current structure to assist us in refining our processes and procedures to ensure we fulfil our commitment to our employees and the environment and achieving the goal requirements of our Operating Units (OU's) to reach the company 2020 targets.
You'll
* Establish an effective two way relationship with the Operating Units to maintain focus on achieving goals and identifying business and process improvements that compliment Plan on a Page (PoP), Our Way of Working (OWOW) and our Injury Free Environment (IFE)
* Monitor and review combined actions effectiveness against plan to ensure maximisation of Health and Wellbeing initiatives
* Share best practice and trend analysis (using available data sets) between OU's to ensure consistent company approach
* Be confident and experienced at communicating and presenting at all levels
We're looking for
* Solid and demonstrable experience within an environment/organisation delivering building, facilities or people centric services
* We are looking the candidates from Account Management, Wellbeing/Wellness and / or Operational Change experience and an understanding of Health & Safety, these traits are key for this role
* Customer relationship management experience – both internal and external
* Internal auditing experience – must be familiar with 9001, 27001, 18001
* Project Management experience
* Someone who sees the Big Picture / Business acumen – ability to translate business needs issues into practical, focused communication solutions that are easy to implement
